How do I cancel a Soundiiz subscription?

Quick answer

Sign in at soundiiz.com, open Settings, go to Plan and click Cancel subscription. If you subscribed in the iPhone or Android app, cancel it in your Apple or Google Play subscriptions instead.

1. Sign in with the same method you used to subscribe (Spotify, Google, Apple or email). Soundiiz creates a separate account for each sign-in method, so the wrong one will just show the free plan.
2. Open Settings, then Plan.
3. Click Cancel subscription and confirm. Opening the page doesn't cancel anything, so wait for the confirmation showing your end date.

The Soundiiz help article on canceling covers these steps. If Apple or Google bills you, Soundiiz can't cancel it for you.

You keep Premium until the paid period runs out. Soundiiz's pricing page says transferred playlists stay on the destination service for good, but you lose Premium features like batch transfers and extra syncs. Your sync setups and sync history get deleted when the plan ends, so screenshot them if you'll want to rebuild them later.
