How to Cancel Spotify Premium (and Keep Your Playlists)

Before you cancel
If you're leaving Spotify for good, move your playlists first. Cancelling Premium doesn't delete them, but you'll want them in your new app before you stop opening Spotify. Pick your new service in the route picker below.

- Under Manage your plan, click Change plan.
- Scroll to Cancel Spotify and click Cancel Premium.
- Confirm. Spotify may show a short survey afterward, which you can skip.
If you pay through someone else
Cancel in your Apple account: Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions (Apple's steps).
Cancel in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions, or at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
If there's no Change plan button, your plan is billed by a partner. Spotify's account page names them under Payment. Cancel with that company.
Family and Duo plans
If you manage the plan, cancelling ends Premium for everyone on it at the next payment date, so tell your members. If you're a member, the same steps only remove you from the plan. Ask the plan manager to cancel it.
