How to Transfer a Spotify Playlist to Another Account
Quick answer
Spotify has no account-to-account transfer, but you can copy a playlist in a minute. Share the playlist link to your new account, open it there, select all the songs, and add them to a new playlist. For lots of playlists, a transfer tool can do Spotify to Spotify in one go.
One playlist, free
- In the old account, open the playlist and choose Share > Copy link.
- Sign in to the new account on the Spotify desktop app and paste the link into search.
- Click the first song, then press Ctrl+A (Windows) or Cmd+A (Mac) to select them all.
- Right-click and choose Add to playlist > New playlist.
Just following the playlist also works, but then it still belongs to the old account. If you delete that account, the playlist goes with it.
Many playlists
TuneMyMusic can do it in one transfer. Choose the old account as the source, then pick Spotify as the destination and click Add new account to sign in to the new one (TuneMyMusic).
Soundiiz connects only one Spotify account at a time (Soundiiz). Transfer the playlists to your Soundiiz library first, disconnect Spotify under Settings > Platforms, connect the new account, then transfer from Soundiiz to Spotify.
Liked Songs
Liked Songs can't be shared as a link. In the old account on desktop, open Liked Songs, select all, and add them to a new playlist. Then copy that playlist with the steps above.
