How do I transfer Deezer playlists to Apple Music?
Quick answer
Start with Apple's own transfer. In the Apple Music app, tap the My Account button (your photo), then Transfer Music from Other Music Services, and pick Deezer if it's listed.
Apple doesn't publish the list of services, but iOS Hacker lists Deezer among them. Sign in to Deezer, choose what to bring over and tap Add to Library. You need an active Apple Music subscription, and Apple says only playlists you created will transfer. Songs you've favorited on Deezer land in your Favorite Songs playlist. On Android, the same option sits under More > Settings in the Apple Music app, and on a computer it's under your photo at music.apple.com.
If Deezer isn't in the list, or Transfer Music doesn't show up at all, use a tool:
- SongShift on iPhone does Deezer to Apple Music for free and shows you the matches before it adds anything.
- TuneMyMusic works in any browser and moves playlists, favorite songs and albums. Its free plan stops at 500 songs.
Either way, check the result. Tracks that aren't in the Apple Music catalog get skipped, and Apple gives you 30 days to review unmatched songs after a built-in transfer. Your Deezer playlists stay untouched, so you can compare the two side by side before you cancel.
