Can I transfer YouTube playlists to Amazon Music?
Quick answer
Yes. Amazon Music's own playlist import lists YouTube as a source, and transfer tools like TuneMyMusic, Soundiiz and FreeYourMusic can move YouTube or YouTube Music playlists to Amazon Music too.
Amazon's playlist import page says it can pull playlists from YouTube along with Spotify, Apple Music, Tidal and others. Open the Amazon Music app on your phone, or scan the QR code on that page, then follow the prompts to pick your YouTube playlists. They show up in your Library when it's done.
If you'd rather work in a browser, TuneMyMusic's YouTube to Amazon Music transfer has you sign in to both services and pick playlists. It marks anything it can't find as Missing and lets you download that list as a CSV. The free plan covers 500 songs, so check our TuneMyMusic review for the details.
Expect a few gaps. A YouTube playlist is a list of videos, and FreeYourMusic notes that non-music, private, deleted or region-blocked videos can't be read. Official uploads usually match. Live clips, covers and fan uploads often don't. The same page says liked videos aren't moved, so copy them into a regular playlist first.
